TomatoesNZ AGM 2026

TomatoesNZ will hold its annual general meeting in Tuakau, as part of the Covered Cropping NZ conference, on 12th August in person. We will present updates on how your levy money is being spent and learnings from our research projects which we hope you can benefit from.

Timeline:

15th July - Nominations for the TNZ board will close. Nomination forms are available to download below. If you would like to be considered to join the TomatoesNZ board and be part of the Covered Cropping NZ decisions on how levy money is spent, please complete this form and sent it to dinah.cohen@tomatoesnz.co.nz before 15th July.

22nd July- Remits for discussion at the AGM must be received by this date. You can send me an email with your item.

7th August (Friday) - Proxy forms will be made available for download below as soon as the remits are confirmed. You can nominate someone who will be present at the AGM to cast your vote for you on the remits being considered. You're welcome to nominate TNZ chair, Barry O'Neil to have your proxy. Please email completed proxy forms to: dinah.cohen@tomatoesnz.co.nz 

12th August - AGM in LaValla, Tuakau, where any new board members will be announced and the financials for the year 1st April 2025-31st March 2026 will be presented.
