AGM 2023

Thank you to everyone who voted in the 2023 TNZ Board elections

The successful candidates will be announced at the AGM, taking place on Wednesday 2nd August at 5pm at Te Pae in Christchurch.

We are delighted that Nigel Brunel, head of Commodities & Carbon Trading at Jarden, will be talking to us about the future of ETS. If you can’t make it in person, please email Dinah info@tomatoesnz.co.nz for a Zoom link. Participating online, you will still be able to vote on remits. If you’re not able to join us at all, please consider completing a proxy form, available to download below.

The call for remits - anything you think should be discussed by grower members at the AGM is currently open. Please contact Dinah on info@tomatoesnz.co.nz if you have any questions or remits that you would like to submit.

The 2023 Annual Report is available to download below

We hope that you can join us for this chance to learn from our guest presenters as well as the chance to network with like minded growers. The AGM and Vegetable Speaker Sessions are occurring as part of the wider Horticulture NZ Conference. Please see here for more info on how to register: https://conferences.co.nz/hort2023/horticulture-conference/ The Vegetable Speaker Sessions programme is available below. The day includes sessions specific for covered crop growers in the morning and all vegetable growers in the afternoon.

The 2022 TomatoesNZ AGM took place 17th August online and in Pukekohe

We are very grateful to everyone who attended.  We were also very thankful to all our speakers. Feedback has been very positive and copies of the presentations are available on request
