2024 AGM
At the AGM, the Board proposed a change to the TNZ rules which were all accepted during the AGM. The reason for this is that the Incorporated Society Act 2022 requires certain aspects to be covered by entity rules that were not already present in the TNZ rules. The board has taken this opportunity to also make a few other minor changes, for example adding that online voting will always be allowed at an AGM. Please see below for a copy of the new rules. Sections that have seen significant changes are highlighted in yellow. There is also an explanation of the changes for you to look at below – these cover the changes required by the Act and the extra changes and the reasons for each one.
