Conference and AGM 2014
The 2014 TomatoesNZ conference and AGM is on Tuesday 24th June at the Viaduct Events Centre, Auckland. It is being held as part of the first Product Marketing Association Australia-New Zealand (PMA) Fresh Connections conference to be held in New Zealand.
This conference is usually held in Australia but is being bought to New Zealand in association with Horticulture New Zealand and United Frsh. The PMA programme will run on 25th and 26th of June.
The programme for the TomatoesNZ conference day is attached. The AGM and tomato industry conference will be held in the morning, and we have some interesting international speakers lined up for the afternoon for a joint session with other vegetable product groups. AGMARDT is sponsoring speaker Dr. Rob Jacobson's attendance at the conference. To register, go to www.pmafreshconnections.com.au. TomatoesNZ will reimburse tomato growers' registration costs for the TomatoesNZ conference day (24th June) and up to $300 towards travel and accommodation for 15 members, on a first-in-first-served basis, for one delegate per growing entity. A claim form for reimbursement is attached.
Remits for the TomatoesNZ AGM can be accepted up until 23rd May. Please phone or email Lynda if you need more information.
